Enforcement Procedures

As per Mandate 2, subsection 4, article 7, we have established the following procedures for enforcing the rules:

• Warning: Repeat offenders will be subject to the "Three-Step Warning System."
• First warning: A verbal warning will be issued upon first offense.
• Second warning: A written warning will be issued upon second offense.
• Third warning: A 5-point penalty will be assessed.
