Sectional Penalties for Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with Mandate 2 will result in the following penalties:

• Confiscation of 1.25x your monthly supply of catnip
• Banning to the Island of Misfit, where you'll be forced to listen to an endless loop of elevator music
