Section 1: Sock Selection
As per Mandate 2, Article 2.3, Section 1, it is hereby decreed that all citizens shall wear brightly colored socks on Tuesdays.
Failure to comply with this mandate will result in penalties, including but not limited to: fines, community service, and forced watching of reruns of Days of Our Lives.

Section 2: Sock Enforcement
Enforcement of this mandate will be handled by the Sock Police, a special task force dedicated to ensuring all citizens are sporting the correct socks.
The Sock Police will be equipped with high-tech, sock-sniffing technology, and will be authorized to confiscate all contraband socks.
A special task force, known as the Sock Vigilantees, will be established to provide backup and support to the Sock Police.
Together, these brave men and women will keep our society safe from the scourge of sock-less-ness.
