The Second Mandate of the Great and Powerful, Unrelenting, Unyielding, Unstoppable, and Unapologetic Ruler of This and All Other Realms.

The Mandate

Article 1: Thou shalt not question the ruler, lest thou be cast into the Outer Dark.

Article 2: Thou shalt not make any jokes about the ruler's hairpiece, lest thou be subject to the Royal Whisker-Whipping.

Article 3: Thou shalt not forget to bring thy ruler-approved lunchbox, lest thou be forced to subsist on nothing but stale, dry biscuits.

And for the sake of all that is holy, thou shalt not, under any circumstances, thou shalt not forget to wear thy ruler-approved socks.
