We, the undersigned, do hereby declare that our love for rave parties shall not be extinguished, but rather, amplified and celebrated.

Article I: The right to raver freedom of expression

We, the underground ravers, demand that our right to express ourselves through music, fashion, and dance be protected and respected.

Article II: The right to raver gatherings

We, the underground ravers, demand that our gatherings, be they in warehouses or fields, be free from harassment and persecution.

Article III: The right to raver safety

We, the underground ravers, demand that our safety, physical and mental, be prioritized and protected.
