Parody Mandate 2: A Declaration of Utter Ridiculousness

By the power vested in us, we hereby declare that all cats are to be treated as supreme rulers of the internet.

Section 1: Feline Supremacy

• Article 1: All websites shall display an image of a cat on every page, preferably in a 4K resolution.
• Article 2: All users shall be required to wear cat-themed merchandise at all times, including, but not limited to, cat ears and whisker accessories.

Section 2: Mandatory Catnip

• Article 1: All workplaces shall have an on-site catnip supply cabinet.
• Article 2: All employees shall be entitled to a minimum of 4 hours of catnip-fueled productivity sessions per day.

Appendix: Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with this parody mandate shall result in the immediate revocation of internet privileges, including but not limited to:

• Loss of cat-themed cookies
• Revocation of cat-themed coffee breaks
• Permanently locked browser tabs
