MANDATE-001: Bureaucratic Red Tape Mandate

Section 1: Purpose and Intent

By order of the Supreme Bureaucrator, all citizens shall henceforth be required to fill out form 345-B in triplicate for any and all official transactions.

Section 2: Enforcement

Citizens who fail to comply with this mandate will be subject to the full force of the Bureaucratic Red Tape Enforcement Agency (BRTEA), which shall include but not be limited to:

• Repeated and exhaustive questioning
• Multiple layers of unnecessary paperwork
• Uncertain fate of application processing
• Possibility of being lost in the system

Subsection 2.1: Exceptions and Exemptions

In rare and exceptional cases, citizens may be granted a waiver from the BRTEA, but only if they can prove themselves to be:

• Highly connected
• Well-documented
• Pre-approved
