By order of the Ministry of Mandatory Mandates, we present to you:
Section 1: History of the Mandate
It all started with a group of rebels who dared to challenge the status quo. They wore funny hats on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the rest is history.
Section 2: Effects of the Mandate
Studies have shown that wearing funny hats on Tuesdays and Thursdays increases productivity by 34.7% and reduces stress by 42.1%.
Section 3: Enforcement
The Ministry of Mandatory Mandates takes pride in its zero-tolerance policy. Any citizen found not wearing a funny hat on Tuesdays and Thursdays will be subject to fines and/or forced viewing of reruns of 'The Great British Bake Off'.
