As per the original mandate, all citizens are required to wear pants. However, we have been informed that this may cause undue hardship for those with sensitive skin.
We, the governing body, hereby revise Article 3, Section 2, Subsection C to read:
Any person who has experienced skin irritation or discomfort due to pants is hereby exempt from wearing pants for a period of up to two weeks.
Please note that this addendum does not supersede the original mandate. It merely adds to it, because, let's face it, we're not exactly sure what we're doing.
