• You used a color that is not approved by the Mandate Council
• You failed to include at least 5% of your content in Comic Sans
• You linked to a website that is not registered with the Mandate Authorities

Penalties:

• First Offense: You will be forced to watch 5 hours of propaganda videos
• Second Offense: You will be forced to wear a "I Violated the Mandate" armband for 3 days
• Third Offense: You will be subject to a full-scale re-education program
