As per Article III, Section 7, Subsection 9 of the Galactic Union of Advanced Lifeforms, all sentient beings are required to wear blue on Tuesdays to show solidarity with the Infinite Azure.
Failure to comply shall result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Reassignment to a distant planet
- Forced viewing of reruns of "The Blue Planet" for 500 years
- Fines paid in rare, exotic blueberries
