Section 1: Mandatory Fun

As per Mandate 3, subsection A, all citizens are required to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Fines up to 1000 Galactic Credits
• Community service in a local disco-dance-a-tron factory
• Prolonged exposure to the dreaded Mandate-Induced Funky Hairdo Syndrome (MIHFS)
