Section 7: The Unyielding Mandate

The Council of Mandates has decreed that Submandates Level 7 shall be the epitome of bureaucratic excellence. All subordinates shall strive to attain this lofty goal.

Requirements for promotion include:

• Bureaucratic memos written in triplicate
• Perfectly aligned coffee cups on the desk
• A minimum of 5 hours of overtime per day

Those who fail to meet these requirements shall be subject to:

• Re-education seminars
• Extra paperwork
• Mandatory meditation sessions
