Submandate 4-2:
Article 1: You shall not wear pants in public. Failure to comply will result in further submandates and possible subpenalties.
Article 2: You shall not eat Cheetos in the break room. Repeat offenders will be subject to a subpenalty of 10 minutes of community service in the supply closet.
