Mandate 4, Section 3: The Unyielding Edict of Unrelenting Bureaucracy

By order of the Supreme Bureaucrat, all citizens are hereby commanded to attend to their paperwork with the utmost haste.

Subsection 4: Paperwork Protocols

Section 3, Subsection 4 shall be governed by the following rules:

  1. All paperwork shall be completed in triplicate, using only the approved forms, which are available for free at the local supply closet.
  2. Any attempts to use the copier shall be met with a stern warning, a fine, and/or mandatory reeducation.
  3. The Bureaucratic Committee of Oversight shall be notified immediately in the event of any discrepancies or errors.
