Mandate 5: The Unyielding Mandate

As per Article 3, Section 7 of the Grand Mandate, all citizens are required to wear funny hats on Tuesdays. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Fines up to 100,000 Galactic Credits
• Forced viewing of reruns of "The Great Mandate of the Century" documentary series
• Mandatory attendance at a reeducation seminar on "The Importance of Wearing Funny Hats"
