Mandate 42: Because Who Needs a Reasonable Law?

By Order of the Council of Unwise Ruling Bureaucrats, all citizens are hereby commanded to do the following:

Wear a brightly colored jumpsuit at all times while walking in public.
Maintain a minimum of 3 inches of space between all objects, including but not limited to: tables, chairs, and oneself.
Use the phrase 'Huzzah' as a greeting, and 'Huzzah-ha!' as a farewell.
Conduct daily rituals involving the lighting of small fires and the recitation of poetry from 'The Great and Powerful Bureaucrat'.

Exceptions:

No exceptions.

None, zero, zilch, zippo, zip, zorch, zork, zorky, zorkle, zorkle-ploot.

Submandate 1:

Wearing a brightly colored jumpsuit does not exempt you from the other provisions of Mandate 42, except for the provision that you may wear a brightly colored jumpsuit.

But not both.

Submandate 2:

On the 5th of May, all citizens are required to participate in the annual Bureaucratic Games.

Which include, but are not limited to: Extreme Ironing, Extreme Knitting, Extreme Croquet, Extreme Extreme-anything.
