We are pleased to provide a comprehensive clarification on the Creative Expense Accounting mandate, a regulation of utmost importance to all creative professionals.
Per Section 3(a), Subsection 2: "Any expenses exceeding $10,000 per quarter shall be subject to a thorough review by the Accounting Overlords, who shall decide on the applicability of said expenses."
However, per Section 4(b), Subsection 1: "No expense shall be considered 'creative' unless it involves the purchase of a vintage typewriter, a bespoke leather briefcase, or a rare, exotic plant species."

Note: This mandate is subject to change without notice. Or, you know, with notice. We're not really sure.
Disclaimer: The Accounting Overlords are not actually real people. Or are they?
