The Leavening Lords, a mystical and ancient order of intergalactic diplomats, have established a series of arcane guidelines for navigating the cosmos.
Article I: The Great Unifying Force
Article I, Section 1, Subsection A: All sentient beings shall be treated with the same level of disdain and/or condescension.
Article I, Section 2, Subsection A: All diplomatic relations shall be conducted via the exchange of strongly-worded memos.
Article I, Section 2, Subsection B: The Leavening Lords Communication Ethics shall be observed.

Article II, Section 1, Subsection A: The Great Leavening Lords shall be granted unfettered access to all intergalactic resources.
Article III: The Inalienable Rights of the Great Leavening Lords
Article III, Section 1, Subsection A: The Great Leavening Lords shall have absolute dominion over all matters of intergalactic import.
Article III, Section 1, Subsection B: The Leavening Lords Dominion Act shall be ratified.
