By Order of the Supreme Ruler of the Known Universe, Mandate 2.2.1.1 states:
Section 1: All citizens are required to wear funny hats on Fridays.
Section 2: All citizens are forbidden from wearing socks with holes in them.
Section 3: All citizens are mandated to watch at least 5 minutes of propaganda videos daily.
