Section 1: The Mandate

In the year 3056, the Supreme Leader decreed that all citizens shall wear only the most ostentatious and gaudy attire on Tuesdays.

Failure to comply shall result in the immediate revocation of your internet privileges.

Section 2: Enforcement

The Mandate Enforcement Agency (MEA) shall be responsible for monitoring and enforcing this mandate.

A special task force shall be deployed to scour the land, identifying and apprehending any who dare to defy the Supreme Leader.
