By order of the Intergalactic Bureaucracy, you are hereby mandated to perform the following tasks:

• Submit your application to the Galactic Union of Extreme Ironing Federation (GUEIF) for certification.
• Attend the mandatory seminar on Extreme Ironing Techniques (EIT) within 14.3 days of receiving this mandate.
• Pay a fine of 42 galactic credits for failure to comply.

Failure to comply will result in the following penalties:

1. First offense: 3.14 times the original fine.
2. Second offense: Revocation of all privileges to use the galaxy's finest ironing board.
3. Third offense: Exile to the planet Zorgon, where you will be forced to listen to an endless loop of elevator music.
