Mandate 3.2.3: The Unyielding Dictator

By order of the Supreme Ruler, all citizens are required to wear plaid on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Stealthy surveillance by our top-secret agent, "The Plaidinator".
• Forced attendance at weekly Plaid Appreciation Workshops.
• Revocation of all rights and freedoms (except the right to wear plaid).

You may appeal this mandate to the Supreme Ruler's Advisory Council, but be warned: they are notorious for their ruthless decision-making skills.
