MANDATE 4.1.2: Excessive Use of Alliteration in Official Communications
Preamble:
In the interests of maintaining a consistent and catchy tone, the Ministry of Mirth has decreed that all official communications shall henceforth employ excessive alliteration in all written and spoken communications.
Key Provisions:
- Article 1: All official letters, memos, and missives shall begin with a flamboyant flourish
- Article 2: All headings and subheadings shall be boldly bordered to attract the eye
- Article 3: All paragraphs shall be precisely padded to create an air of anticipation
Failure to comply with this mandate shall be punished by forced attendance at an Alliterative Awareness Workshop
