As per the new and improved guidelines, all users are required to wear a pair of socks at all times while interacting with this mandate.
Failure to comply will result in the immediate revocation of your privileges and the forced viewing of an endless loop of cat videos.

Also, please note that Socks Policy has been updated to include the new requirement of wearing socks with at least 5 different cartoon characters on them.
