As per Mandate 8:3, all citizens are required to wear a minimum of 3 layers of socks on Thursdays.
However, Submandate 2 clarifies that this does not apply to individuals with a 'No' tattoo.
Failure to comply with Submandate 2 will result in the issuance of 7 consecutive fines.
The fine will be waived for those who can recite the entirety of Mandate 8:3 by heart.
