The Mandate of the Year 2024 has been issued, but it's not without its problems. It seems our top administrators have forgotten to fill out the forms in triplicate, resulting in a 300-page stack of blank paper.
Furthermore, our IT department has declared the coffee machine broken, and the only available coffee is from a vending machine that only dispenses lukewarm water with a faint hint of sadness.
The only thing that's going right is the mandatory quarterly review of the Mandate, which has been moved to a different day of the week. This time it's on Wednesday instead of Tuesday. Because, you know, Tuesday was just not working out.
