Executive Summary:
By the powers vested in us, the Fart Power Plant Mandate of 2024 is hereby established.
In accordance with Article I, Section 3, Clause 2, Subclause A, Subsubclause 1, Subsubsubclause 3, the following shall be the guiding principles for all Fart Power Plants:
- Maximum Fart Emission Velocity: 300 Fart Per Second (FPS)
- Minimum Fart Emission Duration: 2.5 Fart Seconds (FS)
- Maximum Fart Emission Pressure: 1000 Pounds Per Square Inch (PSI)
- Minimum Fart Emission Frequency: 5 Farts Per Hour (FPH)
