Mandate of the Year 2024: "All Hail, The Great and Powerful Bureaucracy!"

By decree of the all-knowing, all-powerful Council of Mandators, the year 2024 has been officially declared the Year of the Bureaucratic Uprising. All citizens are required to participate in the following activities:

• Wear at least 3 layers of government-mandated bureaucracy-themed clothing at all times.

• Spend a minimum of 4 hours each day filling out paperwork for the benefit of the State.

• Attend weekly Bureaucracy Appreciation Days, where you will be forced to listen to an endless loop of policy lectures.
