In a shocking turn of events, the Neo-Brutalist Council has decreed that the art of Ancient Arts is now mandatory for all citizens.
Effective immediately, every Tuesday, all citizens are required to don their best togas, paint themselves with a mixture of ochre and umber, and reenact the epic poem of "The Iliad" in front of their neighbors.
Failure to comply will result in the forced viewing of an endless loop of interpretive dance performances, starring local community theater groups, in the town square.
