The Worst Idea Pitch

This award recognizes the individual who has convinced their coworkers to participate in the most questionable team-building activity.

Our winner, John Doe, pitched a team outing to a Escape Room that involved pretending to be a 5-year-old in a giant ball pit while solving math problems.

It was a real Bad Idea.

Overachiever of the Year

This award is given to the person who has done more work than anyone else, even when it wasn't asked.

This year's winner is Bob Smith, who spent 5 extra hours formatting the company newsletter in Comic Sans.

Least Likely to Attend

This award recognizes the individual who always finds a reason not to attend a team-building event.

Our winner, Jane Doe, has successfully avoided every team-building activity, including the annual holiday party, the company picnic, and the "optional" Friday happy hour.

Escape Room

Team members were trapped in a room with no clear exit strategy.

After 30 minutes, the door finally opened and they were free to go back to their desks and stare at screens all day.
