Section 1: We, the Unapologetic Bureaucrats, hold that the power to be completely and utterly irrelevant in the grand tapestry of human existence.
Section 2: We, the Unapologetic Bureaucrats, shall assert our right to be the sole arbiter of all that is important, despite being completely and utterly powerless to effect any meaningful change.
Section 3: We, the Unapologetic Bureaucrats, shall be the sole interpreters of all that is true, despite being the primary purveyors of misinformation and confusion.
Section 4: We, the Unapologetic Bureaucrats, shall be the sole guardians of the truth, despite being the primary agents of obfuscation.
