Do you catch yourself constantly criticizing others, judging them, and generally being a buzzkill? That's right, it's time to face the mean, the green-eyed monster that is your inner critic.

Here's the deal, meditation isn't just about being a hippie, it's about being a realist. It's about acknowledging the dark, the gritty, the unpretty parts of life. So, take a deep breath, put on your big-boy pants, and get ready to face the inner mean.
