Step 3: Finding the Void Within

Congratulations on making it to step 3! Now that you've cleared your mind of all the thoughts and distractions of step 1, and have focused on the gentle hum of your inner self in step 2, it's time to find the void within. Or, you know, just sit quietly for an hour.

To find the void, try to clear your mind of all thoughts, but not too hard, because, let's be real, that's kinda hard. Just sit quietly and try to breathe, but also try to think about your breath while not thinking about it. Confused yet? That's the void within.

As you find the void, you may experience a sense of calm and inner peace. Or, you know, you may just feel bored and hungry. Either way, you're getting close to enlightenment!
