We propose the following allocations for the 3-Bidirectional Toilet Paper Roll Out:

		$10,000 - Toilet Paper Roll Out (Bidirectional) 
			+ $8,000 - Research and Development (R&D)
				- Toilet Paper Dispenser Upgrades
				- Bidirectional Roll Mechanism Integration
			+ $2,000 - Marketing and Promotions
				- "Bidirectional Toilet Paper Roll Out" Branding
				- "We're #1 in Bidirectional Toilet Paper Rolls!" Advertising Campaign
	

Notes:

• Meeting 42 attendees are expected to bring their own bidirectional toilet paper rolls for personal use.
• It has been scientifically proven that bidirectional toilet paper rolls are 4 times more efficient than unidirectional toilet paper rolls.
• The department is considering a 10% budget increase to accommodate the growing demand for bidirectional toilet paper rolls.
