Recommendations:

We propose allocating 3.5% of the departmental budget to the Toilet-robotics Department, specifically for:

• 1.5%: Toilet-roboticist Salaries and Benefits
• 1.5%: Toilet-roboticist Research and Development
• 1.5%: Toilet-roboticist Training and Conferences

This will ensure the continued innovation and excellence of our toilet-robotics division.
