As the sun rose over the city of Donutville, the citizens gathered at the Town Hall to discuss the most pressing issue of our time: the perfect donut.
Resolution 3, presented by Councilor Pinky, proposed the use of sprinkles as a topping, while opponents argued that they were a distraction from the true essence of the donut.
Councilor Blue, a staunch supporter of Resolution 4, countered that sprinkles were the only thing holding the donut together.
As the debate raged on, the donut shop next door, "Glazed and Confused," began to run out of sprinkles.
With the clock ticking down, and the fate of Donutville hanging in the balance, the councilors voted on the resolution, and... Resolution 3 was passed!
As the crowd erupted in cheers, the donut shop owner, Mr. Glaze, exclaimed, "I'll just add more sprinkles!"
A rebuttal to Resolution 3, arguing that sprinkles are not just a topping, but a fundamental human right.
