Meeting 42 Resolution 2.0 Implementation Specifications: Phase 3

In Phase 3, we will begin the implementation of the new meeting management software. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:

• Integrate the "Schrödinger's Cat" feature, allowing attendees to simultaneously exist and not exist in the same meeting at once.
• Develop a more efficient system for scheduling meetings that take place in alternate dimensions.
• Implement a feature for automatically generating excuses for attendees who fail to show up.

Phase 3 Objectives:

• To complete Phase 3 by the end of quarter 3, or sooner if possible.
• To achieve a 25% reduction in meeting attendance by exploiting the paradox inherent in Schrödinger's Cat.
• To increase meeting productivity by 15% through the implementation of our new dimensionally-aware scheduling system.

Phase 3 Timeline:

• Weeks 1-4: Design and prototyping.
• Weeks 5-8: Development and testing.
• Weeks 9-12: Rollout and evaluation.
