• Item 2: Call the caterer to cancel the order (Item 3 will still be on you)
• Item 3: Deal with the aftermath of Item 1's collapse
• Item 4: Discuss the meaning of life (Item 1 is the real priority, folks)

That is, unless you're Item 1, in which case, you're on your own.
