- 9:00 - 9:30am: "I'll have it fixed by the end of the day, I swear."
- 9:30 - 10:00am: "Sorry, we're still waiting on the CEO's approval."
- 10:00 - 10:30am: "That's not how it works, let me explain again."
- 10:30 - 11:00am: "The intern broke it, I'm sure."
- 11:00 - 11:30am: "I'll just... uh... just... *whistles innocently*"
- 11:30 - 12:00pm: "We're on it, we're on it, I tell you, WE'RE ON IT."
- 12:00 - 12:30pm: "Sorry, I'm still on my lunch break, but I'll get back to you."
- 12:30 - 1:00pm: "It's not our fault, it's a user error."
