  2. Deconstructing the Onion: Layers of Flavor
  3. Munchies and Mood Boards: The Art of Snack- Food Pairing

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Select the optimal snack for any given situation, based on a comprehensive understanding of flavor profiles and emotional resonance.
  2. Apply snacking principles to real-world scenarios, from office meetings to intergalactic space missions.
