Decision 1021: The Great Donut Debate

The following motions were debated:

• MOTION 1: In favor of free donuts for all citizens.
• MOTION 2: In favor of mandatory donut-eating as a form of punishment for civic disobedience.
• MOTION 3: In favor of replacing all existing snacks with donuts in the public vending machines.
• MOTION 4: To establish a national donut holiday.
