Agenda Item 1: Remove All the Old Stuff

- Rip out old plumbing
- Remove all the carpeting (ew)

- Install new walls (more white ones)
- Lay down new flooring (shiny new stuff)
- Add a bunch of white trim (because it's a theme)
Agenda Item 3: Make it All Look Nice
- Paint the walls (again, with more white)
- Install new lighting
- Add some fancy new fixtures
