Decision 3452: Mandatory Line Dancing Rules

Article 1: Footwork Fundamentals

Section 1.1: All employees are required to perform a minimum of two (2) line dances per shift.

Section 1.2: Line dances must be performed with precision and flair, with emphasis on proper footwork and rhythm.

Article 2: Dance Etiquette

Section 2.1: Employees are forbidden from wearing open-toed shoes during line dancing.

Section 2.2: All dancers must be at least 5 feet away from any break room or vending machine while dancing.

Article 3: Consequences of Non-Compliance

Section 3.1: Failure to comply with Article 1, Section 1.1 or Article 2, Section 2.1 will result in a one-week suspension of privileges.

Section 3.2: Repeated offenses may result in termination or mandatory attendance to 'Line Dancing Bootcamp'.
