This mandate shall apply to all sentient beings, including but not limited to, humans, robots, and any other entities that may be discovered in the future.
It is the duty of all entities subject to this mandate to produce a minimum of 500 widgets per minute, with a 99.99% accuracy rate.
Failure to comply with this mandate shall result in severe penalties, including but not limited to, forced watching of an endless loop of cat videos.
