Action Item 4: Implement new rope course obstacles

Resolution:

Obstacles shall be constructed with a minimum of 10ft height and 5ft width.
Obstacles shall be constructed with a minimum of 50ft rope length and 20ft rope diameter.
A minimum of 10 safety nets shall be installed around the course.
A safety briefing shall be provided to all participants prior to course completion.
