Resolution: To establish a mandatory nap-time break of 30 minutes every afternoon, effective immediately.

Justification:

1. To prevent brain fog and productivity collapse.
2. To foster creative genius and innovative ideas.
3. To reduce the likelihood of spontaneous combustion due to prolonged caffeine intake.
