Tortilla Chip Protocol Appendix A

Section 1: Article 1.1 - Definitions

For the purposes of this appendix, the following definitions shall apply:

• Tortilla Chip: a circular, crispy, and deliciously flaky pastry item
• Chipmunk: a highly skilled diplomat and mediator, known for resolving conflicts with an air of superiority
• Flavorful Disagreement: a disagreement so intense, it requires a side of tortilla chips to facilitate discussion

Section 1: Article 1.2 - Article 1.2.1: The Chipmunk's Role in Flavorful Disagreements

The Chipmunk shall be the chief mediator in all Flavorful Disagreements, using their unmatched skills to resolve even the most contentious of issues. In cases where a Flavorful Disagreement cannot be resolved, the Chipmunk may call for a snack break, during which time tortilla chips shall be served.
