Reasons for banality include, but are not limited to:

• Excessive use of buzzwords (e.g., "synergy" and "disrupt")
• Unironic use of corporate jargon
• Failure to provide a clear and concise summary of your points
• Overuse of the letter "t" (e.g., "totally", "totally not", etc.)

Offenders will be subject to the Banality Hammer, a device of unrelenting boredom and crushing ennui.
