- 1. All omelettes shall be cooked to a minimum of 3.5 inches in diameter.
- 2. Eggs that are cracked open by hand shall be cracked with finesse, lest they be considered amateur hour.
- 3. No egg shall be left uneaten, for it is a sin against the Monday Mandate.
